DISASTER RESPONSE & EMERGENCY SUPPORT

UScellular® is here to help you in your time of need.

EMERGENCY SUPPORT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS IN NORTH CAROLINA, TENNESSEE AND VIRGINA

Our hearts go out to our customers and communities affected by Hurricane Helene. Our network teams are working with local officials and power companies to improve service in many of the impacted areas. Work is ongoing to restore all service as quickly as possible. For customers in impacted areas, we have waived any voice and data overages for postpaid customers and prevented suspensions for all customers at least through Oct. 7.

To keep you connected during this difficult time, UScellular is providing free charging items (charging cords, battery packs, and chargers) at the following locations while supplies last. Some locations will also have snacks, water and charging stations for those in need:

We keep communities connected by making temporary cellsites available when necessary, and providing complimentary chargers and charging stations.
